Salmiakkola sauce
A handmade, shining black delight that compliments desserts, pastries and ice cream. Coil some of the sauce over ice cream, use it as filling in a pastry or garnish your desserts with it. One tip is to heat it very gently, coil it over vanilla ice cream and serve with raspberries.
A jar weighs approx. 300 grams and contains about 170 grams of caramel sauce.
It can be kept for about 3 months. Unopened jars are stored at room temperature. Give it a stir when it is opened for the first time. Opened jars should be kept in the fridge.
