How do I shop?

1. Select the product you are interested in. Enter your requests in detail and click on "Add to cart." The product is automatically placed in your shopping cart. NOTE! We are a small company that manufactures everything by hand. Please contact us before ordering if you wish a specific delivery date or if you want to make a larger order.

2. In the shopping cart you will see the amount you have purchased. If you want to see your products, remove or change the number, click on "Checkout".

3. At checkout you log in or register as a customer (if you did not shop here before). If you have purchased before, you must log in with a password associated with your email. If you have forgotten your password then click on forgotten password. Contact us if it does not work. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address as the order confirmation with your order number is sent to the address you enter.

4. You check your order, choose how you want to pay (card payment or direct payment via internet banking) and how the goods will be shipped. Please note that we only ship in Sweden and the EU. For delivery outside of Sweden, you must choose International Delivery. We cannot deliver outside Sweden if you have not paid the correct shipping fee. Shipping fee is 45 SEK in Sweden and outside Sweden 95 SEK. You accept ourterms and continue by clicking on “Complete purchase”.

5. Your contact details are registered in the online store. We send newsletters and offers to our customers via email. If you do not want to receive email from us, please send us an email and we will unsubscribe your address.

6. Your order will be sent to us at the same time as you receive an email confirmation. Contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within a day. If there is something wrong with the order please contact us immediately by e-mail. Please note that if you have not received an order confirmation, the order has not been received by us - check your spam or contact us.

7. Your goods are delivered within a maximum of one week in Sweden, outside Sweden within a maximum of two weeks, and usually faster. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible. Usually, we ship our products at the beginning of the week, so delivery time depends on when you place your order during the week. For questions, please feel free to contact us.
